Everyone knows that exercise and nutritious diet are good for us, but fitting this into our hectic lives can sometimes feel impossible.

For a lot of people gyms are uninviting places, with daunting equipment and muscle-bound men sweating, and grunting in front of mirrors. Hardly perfect for a wellness activity and why perhaps after the initial enthusiasm only a few are willing to return on a regular basis.

For the benefit of a location on your choosing, allow me to take charge of your personal wellbeing, where I will tailor a safe and effective programme specific to your needs. There will be the convenience of me visiting you, at the times that suit you, and us working one-to-one.

During the week, I work in the Home Counties and meet with my London clients on Saturdays.
