Everyone knows that exercise and nutritious diet are good for us, but fitting this into our hectic lives can sometimes feel impossible.
For a lot of people gyms are uninviting places, with daunting equipment and muscle-bound men sweating, and grunting in front of mirrors. Hardly perfect for a wellness activity and why perhaps after the initial enthusiasm only a few are willing to return on a regular basis.
