Being a good athlete is about being on top of your game.
Whether you’re improving your marathon time, tennis swing or ski turns, I will draw on my wealth of knowledge and experience as a coach and athlete to break down the physiology of your specific sport and build you a bespoke strength and conditioning programme.
I will either build this for you personally or work alongside your current coach to help assess, improve and optimise your general movement, strength, power, endurance, speed, core activation, rotational force, agility, balance, acceleration, deceleration and reaction time.
During the week, I work in the Home Counties and meet with my London clients on Saturdays.
